REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. General No-Refund Policy

All payments for courses and subscriptions on BigIntellects are final and non-refundable once access is granted.

2. Subscription-Based Courses

Subscriptions are charged on a recurring basis. You may cancel future billing at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partial periods.

3. Events, Workshops, or Internships

All payments for events, workshops, or internships are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the company.

4. Technical Issues

If you face technical difficulties accessing content, please contact us at support@bigintellects.com. We will work to resolve the issue but will not issue refunds based solely on technical difficulties.

5. Payment Disputes

All payments are processed through Razorpay. For disputes, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction:

6. Exceptions

Refunds may be approved at the sole discretion of BigIntellects in limited cases, such as:

  • Duplicate payments.
  • Content not delivered as promised.
  • Company-initiated course cancellations.
